These terms govern your use of Free AI Social Media Scheduler, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service helps you create AI-generated videos and schedule them for publication to your own YouTube and TikTok accounts. You connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and you are responsible for everything published through them.

Your content and platform rules

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. Your posts must comply with the terms and community rules of YouTube and TikTok; those platforms may remove content or restrict accounts under their own policies, which are outside our control.

Credits and payment

Video generation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

Scheduled publishing depends on third-party platform availability and APIs and is provided on a best-effort basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
