Free AI Social Media Scheduler is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). The videos and posts you create or upload, your publishing schedule, and the social accounts you choose to connect (YouTube, TikTok) along with the authorization tokens those platforms issue. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To generate videos with AI, schedule them, and publish them to the accounts you connected at the times you chose; to manage credits and billing; to prevent abuse; and to improve the service. Video generation is processed by our AI provider (MuAPI). We never post to a connected account except as you schedule.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI video generation), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), and the publishing platforms you connect (YouTube and TikTok APIs). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Your content and schedule are kept while your account is active. You can disconnect a social account at any time, which stops future publishing to it, and you may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.
